Specialized Youth Services of Virginia believes the greatest way to foster a youth’s development is to provide an environment that is safe and secure and recognizes their personal strengths. We believe that when the youth’s basic needs are consistently met and their strengths are recognized and nurtured, the youth will be able to learn new skills to cope with the challenges that brought the youth and their families in for service.
